• Staff Augmentation: Placement of skilled professionals in Embedded Systems, ServiceNow, and related disciplines.
• Technology Consulting: IT development, program management, and service delivery advisory.
• Training Programs: Instructor-led and online training in Embedded Systems, Embedded DevOps, ServiceNow, Cloud Computing, MERN Stack, and Graphic Design.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for specific engagements shall be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between FeOS and the client.

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the site only to access information about FeOS services, submit legitimate enquiries, and engage with published content.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or any system connected to the website.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or promotional material.

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to interest at the rate specified in the applicable SOW or, if not specified, at 1.5% per month.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Training program fees must be paid prior to the commencement of training, unless a credit arrangement has been agreed.

7.1 Training Programs

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date: Full refund.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date: No refund. Transfers to a future cohort may be arranged at FeOS's discretion.

7.2 Consulting & Staff Augmentation Services

Cancellation and termination terms for consulting and staff augmentation engagements are governed by the specific clauses in the executed SOW or Master Service Agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FeOS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to FeOS in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FeOS does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
